Best Way To Level Restoration Fast

If you been following the pathway that i mentioned before in previous guides, then by now you should
have 100 Enchanting. Having 100 Enchanting will help a lot in levelling magical skills. Also you need
at least 6 perks in Enchanting (5 perks in “Enchanter” and 1 perk in “Insightful Enchanter”). This is
needed in order to enchant items to its maximum potential so that you can cast magic without any
magicka cost. Also using this way, even Warrior build with basic Magicka (100) can level up any
magical skills to 100.
1. Craft 4 piece of armor with Fortify Restoration (Restoration spells cost 25% less to cast). If you
don't have this enchantment, look in the shop for items with “of Minor Restoration, of Major
Restoration, of Extreme Restoration, of Eminent Restoration, or of Peerless Restoration” and
disenchant it. You can craft Fortify Restoration on Helm, Armor, Amulet and Ring.
2. Travel to High Hrothgar, go inside the building then out to the yard, then go to stairs above
where your path will be blocked by some kind damaging magic.
3. Equip your Restoration gear. Go forward a bit and while receiving damage from the magic, cast
“Healing” using both hands to cover the damage. Since the casting cost now zero, you can keep
the healing up for unlimited amount of time and will level the Restoration skill fast. It will slow
down when you've reached 80+ skill, but you'll get there eventually.
4. Basically, any other place where you receive sustained damage works with this method, but you
can access High Hrothgar early in the game and it doesn't require any lengthy quest.
