Best Way To Level Speech Fast

This is the easiest and fastest skill to level. I recommend levelling this before the other skills so you get
better prices later when buying/selling items/ingredients for use with other skills. Also, you need a
minimum of 25 speech skill in order for this method to work. I believe when you have reach High
Hrothgar in the main quest you should have more than 25 skill in speech by buying/selling items. If
not, just do some quest and pick up the expensive items in the area that you can carry and sell them to
nearest city. You'll get to 25 speech skill in no time.
Remember that the speech skill increase by selling stuff depends on the base value of the item and skill
increase only occurs once per transaction. So sell each items individually each time in order to get
optimal skill increase (talk to vendor, sell one item, close shop window, talk to vendor again, sell, and
repeat).
Then do this:
1. Go to the city Riften. Look for Black-Briar Meadery building and go inside.
2. Talk to Ungrien, the guy on the counter. If he isn't there, or if there's someone else there just
wait couple hours or until morning and he will be there.
3. Choose the speech option “Tell Me about Maven Black-Briar”.
Then “Come on, get the truth off your chest (Persuade)”.
Each time you do this you will gain increase in speech skill.
4. Repeat step 3 until you reach 100.
