The second inauguration of Woodrow Wilson took place
privately on March 4, 1917 and publicly on March 5, 1917,
marking the beginning of his second term as the 28th
President of the United States and Thomas R. Marshall’s
second term as Vice President. Chief Justice Edward D.
White administered the Oath of office.[1]
