Niladri, a Sun-certified Java Enterprise Architect, and an IIT Kharagpur graduate, has
more than 15 years of experience in architecting, designing, and leading development
of IT solutions, mostly focused around JavaEE and web. His wealth of experience

cache of existing English eLearning content into fully interactive Japanese eLearning

enabled courseware runtime engine. Both had to be flexible enough to accommodate
the existing variations in different courseware.
