credits and replacements will be given for any accepted claim. We do not issue refunds for claims.
Home items: Many Shiraleah products are handcrafted and made from natural materials. As a result, our products
will have slight variations in color, texture, and finish. These variations are not considered damages and returns will
not be accepted. Further, our wood products may have hairline cracks. These cracks are part of the normal drying
process and are NOT considered damaged. Fashion items: Dye lots may vary from batch to batch and small
variations in color are not considered damaged.
