Welcome to The Firehouse. We are delighted that you have chosen to dine
with us and it is our intention to make your experience an absolute
pleasure.
This charming old building was lovingly transformed from a 1929
metropolitan fire station to a hospitality venue in 2007 by two young
(relatively) industry brothers infatuated by good food & great wine.
We are proud to shop with & support local growers, using sustainable stock
and certified organic products at every opportunity. We have an internal
purchasing program responsibly governing a ‘conscious procurement’ of all
of our ingredients. This program requires our suppliers to vindicate their
products to qualify the use of all natural & environmentally responsible
processes.
We want you to know that you are supporting a quality establishment
profoundly aware of the global impact of our food industry. We are also
supportive of enthusiastic local gardeners - is there a bounty in your
backyard? Please let us know.
We work hard every day to give our customers a unique, stimulating dining

The sweet taste of raisins mixed with frozen premium vodka, doused in fresh coffee and shaken

If you love it a little zesty and sour, this one is for you. We found the freshest limes, the
tastiest rum and we even stole some of chef’s awesome palm sugar (don’t tell him) to balance
it all out. Mouth watering.
Amaretto Sour 17
An oldie, but a goodie. Freshly muddled lemons with Amaretto liqueur and a dash of egg white,
shaken so hard and for so long it will chill to 2 degrees. Served over the coldest rocks.

If you like cosmos and French martinis, you’ll love the Frozmo. We have designed this exotic
blend to get those taste buds screaming out for more. Think reduced cranberries, vanilla &
