What’s New?
File Copy / Archive
                      — Lets you copy/archive files to disk or cloud
                        based upon your specified policies.

                      — Block-level archiving lets you save and
                        store only the blocks of the source that have
                        changed since the last archiving.
                        (Significantly reduces the amount of
                        archived data).

                      — Lets you select the source to archive, which
                        can be a specific volume(s) or folder(s).

                      — Lets you use filters to include or exclude
                        files based upon your specific criteria or

                      — Lets you specify a schedule for archiving
                        based upon completion of a specified
                        number successful backups.

                      — Lets you archive versions of the same
                        source at different destinations.

                      — Lets you encrypt archived data for security.
File Copy / Archive (cont)

                                                — Lets you copy and/or archive files to disk or
                                                  cloud based upon your specified policies.
              Local or Network Drive Location
                                                — Set Retention Times - the amount of time
                                                  that stored data will be retained at the File
                                                  Copy destination. At the end of retention
                                                  time, stored data will be purged from the

                                                — Set the maximum number of file versions
                                                  retained and stored at the File Copy
                         Cloud Location           destination. After this number is exceeded,
                                                  the earliest (oldest) version will be
                                                  discarded, allowing you to always maintain
                                                  the specified number of stored versions.

                         purged to make room for the newest

Windows Explorer Shell Integration

                                Explorer interface.
                              — Navigate Recovery Point
                                Directory Trees just as you
                                would real-time physical
                                volume directories.
                              — Browse, Search,
                                Cut/Copy/Paste, Drag/Drop
                                using familiar Explorer
                                Menus and Tools.

Throttle Backup

                  — When a job is running, you
                    can click on the Detail button
                    to open the Backup Status
                    Monitor and display more
                    detailed information about
                    the current job running.
                  — In most instances, D2D will
                    utilize the maximum
                    available resources to write
                    each recovery point backup
                    during the course of each
                    backup job.
                  — This can deplete other
                    mission-critical applications
                    and services from necessary
                    resources to adequately
                    perform their functions.
Throttle Backup (cont)

                         — Allows users to optimize the
                           amount of resources that are
                           allocated to conduct each
                           D2D backup.
                         — By limiting backup write
                           speeds, ,more resources are
                           available for other mission-
                           critical applications and

                           bandwidth utilization in cases
