  the Asia continent.
• This civilization is located in
  MODERN-DAY NorthWestern
  India and parts of Pakistan.
• This civilization is located
  around:
 The Indus River.

• To protect themselves from
  attack or invasion, this culture
  had the following natural
  barriers:
  – The Himalaya Mountains
  – The Indus River Valley
  – Bay of Bengal
  – The Indus River
• How did these barriers help
  protect the civilization?
  They all provided defense and
  cover if they were attacking
  someone. They also helped
  because you’d know if
  someone is attacking you.

• Why is it essential to have
   FERTILE soil?
It’s essential so you can Have
   good agriculture and grow
   grass for the cows, sheep, etc.

  undeciphered, so no one knows
  the name or how to speak it.
