Affidavit is concerned with developing is a legal document that puts the parties into a legal obligation to follow the norms and regulations during contracting practices. These are used to interconnect the parties to sue them in future, in case any error creeps in. These documents are the swearing statements of facts and are found in multiple formats like notary public. An affidavit of contribution allows gathering of evidences from participants and witnesses who want to hide their true identities before the court for any reason.
AOCs are accepted by courts only in the presence of corroborating evidences. However, an affidavit that is accepted in one country need not to be necessarily accepted in other countries. An AOC is intended to reflect a better grasp of facts and refresh the recollection of the witness. It confirms the viability and appropriateness of the charges laid. Therefore the importance of AOCs make them applicable in almost every legal practice and safeguards you from the chances of deceit and illegal practices.

Massachusetts Securities Division for the purpose of excepting from the definition of Investment

Adviser Representative the individual named herein who, otherwise, automatically would be

registered pursuant M.G.L. c.110A 202(a).
