Want a dose of some much needed 21st century high-technology to help us do our jobs better? Please plan to join us for a
high-tech October 17th luncheon as the keynote speaker will be Nazy Pineda, Western Region Sales Manager for First
American Data Tree. Ms. Pineda will be demonstrating a new technology called “Involuntary Lien Search” which provides
an instant search capability to pull up liens, judgments and more that has been recorded against a name or an address. The
web-based solution is used by Right-of-Way Agents nationwide to retrieve by the click of a mouse Real Property Recorded
Land Records such as Official Records, Maps and various Reports. The technology automates the ordering and retrieval of
Recorded Land Document images and provides property ownership and sales information.

First American Data Tree is the nation’s single largest digital provider of recorded land documents and property
information online, anytime. A member of the First American Corporation family of companies, Data Tree processes over
15 million document images per week, managing a database of over 3.5 billion public land records nationwide. Data
Tree’s property database includes current and historical land record document images such as deeds, mortgages, liens,
judgments, and maps. It also offers a variety of reports, including property data, legal/vesting information, and transaction
history. With its state-of-the-art imaging systems and software, Data Tree delivers unsurpassed database management
services, also instantly delivering millions of quality images and property reports online, everyday to a variety of industries
in need of property information—including Title, Surveying & Civil Engineering, Mortgage Lending, Real Estate, and Right
of Way.

Ms. Pineda, a frequent IRWA Chapter 11 luncheon attendee, and potential member, has managed Data Tree’s Western U.S.
Region operations for the past five years. She has a strong background in Product & Sales management as well as many
years of Corporate Training. Before joining First American Data Tree, she managed a Computer Distribution Company for
seven years and prior to that, worked as a Social Worker in San Diego County for four years. She has a Degree in
Psychology & French and speaks 4 languages. Her newest and favorite pastime is being a mom, which she is enjoying
tremendously.
