The foundaTion of a greaT hospiTal
is the quality of its medical staff. Chilton Memorial
Hospital is a 260-bed acute care, community hospital
committed to providing high quality health care and
excellent service. Its 585 physicians are experienced
in 55 primary care and specialty disciplines, and their
efforts are supported by more than 1,000 allied health
care professionals.
To help you become better acquainted with our phy-
sicians, we have listed their names, contact informa-
tion, and brief definitions of their specialties in this
guide. An alphabetical list of all physicians is located
at the back of the booklet for quick reference.
If you have any questions about our physicians, or
if you would like to learn more about their creden-
tials, specialties, office locations, or the insurances
they accept, please call our Physician Referral Line

answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our op-

Take Route 287 to Exit 52A for Route 23 South. Go through the
first light and take the first exit for West Parkway and the
Boulevard. Follow signs to the right for West Parkway. The
Hospital is approximately two miles south on the right.
From Route 80/Route 46:
Take Route 80 West or Route 46 West to Route 23 North.
Continue about 1-1/2 miles to the Newark-Pompton Turnpike
exit. Continue on Newark-Pompton Turnpike about three miles
to the first light. Make a left onto Jacksonville Road. Make a right
at the second light onto West Parkway. The Hospital is about 1/2
mile ahead on the left.

Take Route 23 South to West Parkway exit. Follow signs to the
right for West Parkway. The Hospital is approximately two miles

From the Route 23, 46 and I-80 Interchange:
