I say conscious because without awareness of

the experience you cannot experience. Have

you ever heard of the expression, “if a tree falls

in the woods and nobody hears it, did it fall?”

If you aren't conscious of the tree falling, then

for you personally, it didn't. Another way to see

this is when some thing is moving so quickly

you no longer notice. You're not aware you did

not experience it.

Realizing an experience is essential, nevertheless understanding

separateness is crucial. Separateness = experience. When we see

our bodies, our relationships, our thoughts, whatever that we see

as separate from us we are then able to experience. As a result

while we are in a condition of unification, or oneness, we

simply cannot experience, we simply are. Experience takes

place in a time space continuum. Since time and space do not

exist, then neither does the experience itself. So, precisely what

does this indicate?

what we all are dealing with in

merely a representation of what

we feel and think about

ourselves, because there is No

other, but you. Only You.

The fact is that all thoughts and feelings are about YOU. What

you choose to see, feel, smell, act, taste, be are usually

selections depending on your thoughts and your feelings.

Therefore you can know very well what your feeling and

thinking determined by what you have demonstrated

consciously in your daily life. If you have manifested

emotional pain, physical pain, relationship pain, what are you

thinking and feeling about these things?

If you think and feel a requirement to be punished, you will

be. Some say, life is based on luck, “shit happens”, or

perhaps “God” or “the devil” make choices for you. They're

all true if you believe it to be true as there is but one and it

matters not how you identify who is making the choice, it's

usually you. Because of this all ways result in the same

place.

Once you feel a pain within the body, consider what am I

thinking and feeling? Self awareness gives the chance to

become directive in life. Taking charge in the now is when

change takes place. In the moments of darkest despair we

are able to decide to be cheerful.

Where is your need to be right originating from? Bear in

mind, if I said you were yellow with blue stripes you

would not get upset, in fact you could possibly laugh.

However, if any part of you assumed it to be true or

believed that it was “wrong” to be this you would then

react with anger. Anger = Victim. This is a choice and a

refection again of your inner thoughts and feelings about

yourself, as all your experiences.
