The Stairmaster Stepmill 7000 PT A Celebrity Taylor Lautner Workout Secret Weapon On Your Time For

A Celebrity Taylor Lautner.

---------------------------------------------------------------

Wow, is a word that comes to mind when i reviewed the Stairmaster Stepmill 7000 PT. I had been going to

the local gym for a few years and had passed this very big machine but never had given this step stepping

machine a second search.

Was I ever wrong, the Stairmaster Stepmill 7000 PT provided a fantastic workout, this little diamond, little

is a relative term since the little bit of gym equipment is usually the largest fitness machine in the gym,

provided one of the best workouts I had ever experienced.

Unlike treadmills that can be hard on your joints and ellipticals that can get a little boring, this fitness

machine gives you a cardio workout and a lower body workout all at the same time.

The Stairmaster Stepmill 7000 PT is for all intents and purposes a mini staircase on steroids. You can get

started quickly on this machine by simply hitting the quick start button and putting in your desired speed.

This exercise machine has an led screen that shows the steps you have taken, the amount of floors you have

climbed and the equivalent gas mileage you have gone. In addition to those gambling there are a number of

other facts that are displayed such as calories burned an hour plus the ability to adjust the speed on the fly.

You can adjust the speed anywhere from 24 to 162 steps a minute along with over 20 different resistance

variations and 6 different workout programs. The steps are 8" so that you can mostly closely appear to be the

virtual motion of climbing real stairs.

In fact the only downside that found with this machine was the high cost which is over $5, 000 for a brand

new Stairmaster Stepmill 7000 PT, which is why you usually only find one or two of these machines, if you

are lucky, in health clubs and treatment clinics.

So next occasion you will want cardio workout and lower body strength training, give the stepmill 7000 an

attempt and I know you will find this exercise machine as rewarding as i did.

I hear it at the gym all the time: "I want the abs of Johnson Reynolds", "Why can't my butt become J Lo's?

inch or "I aim for toned arms like Madonna" or *insert celebrity X's bodypart here* (interestingly enough

I've never heard anyone request to have Rosie O'Donnell's gut but still). Most goals are centered around

weight loss or fat loss. In desperate attempts at looking like their favourite celebrities body, they will

research (i. e. spend two minutes on the net) to try and find the secret training program the celebrity used to

accomplish this body. Luckily the celebrity training programs can always be found in the latest magazines,

isn't that interesting? After purchasing their guaranteed results plan they bring about in serious to try and

transform their bodies. And they fail. Why? Because they purchased an illusion. Here is why celebrity

training routines should be avoided:

First the exercises found in the magazines are frequently not the actual routine the celebrities used to make

their translation. This is because if they stated in the magazines the same concepts once again (particularly

that it takes hard work and discipline) to achieve a good physique, most people would be distressed. Isn't it

much better to learn it was five minutes of "toning and shaping" as opposed to "sprinting and sweating" that

produced results?
