                            The birth of “MATALIA STOCK BROKING PVT. LTD.”
Was on a modest scale in 2004. It began with the vision & enterprise has worked on the
trading floor of BSE under the sub broker ship of JMP SECURITIES PVT. LTD. In
1994, MR.CHIMANLAL P. MATALIA ha availed the member ship of saurastra Kutch
stock exchange, Rajkot in September year 2004. MR. DIPAK C. MATALIA & MR.
RUPESH C. MATALIA one of the director of Matalia company has promoted or
Incorporated Company named “MATALIA STOCK BROKING PVT. LTD.” In year
2007, MR.DIPAK C. MATALIA has availed sub broker ship of NSE under BONANZA
PORTFOLIO LTD. MUMBAI.


                               Thus, over the last 4 years Matalia house has traveled the

                                STOCK BROKING

                                        Market is the place for sale & purchase of
existing securities. The securities are traded, cleared & settled as per prescribed
regulatory frame work under the supervision of the exchanges & oversight of SEBI.
MSBPL provide the stock broking facilities to their customer efficiently. The MSBPL is
provide to the services to their customer is online services or off line services also.

                                         In the past time, there are no facilities of trading
using internet, most of the persons who want to trade their securities or commodities,
they have to go to the broker for the trading of securities or commodities which is more
time consuming & long procedure. But now a days using internet, trading of securities
or commodities becomes very easy which is called “on line broking services.”

                                          In the off line services the information related to
the trading of securities, it means that purchase of securities & sale of securities &
balance amount is shown in written statement which is called ledger. Apart from this
contract bill, delivery report, holding report, can be got related to any particular deal of
share through off line services.
                   COMMODITIES SERVICES


                            MSBPL is also providing the facilities of trading in
commodities. It started its operation in Indian Commodities market by acquiring
member ship in India’s main two Commodities market that is NCDEX & derivative
exchange & MCX Commodities exchange.


                             In Commodities services they are helpful to their
customer to purchase items in lower price & sell it higher price with profit more than
expect.

                In the derivative services our expected operator doing a concentrate
activity on stock futures which stock contract is a standardized contract to buy or sell a

index level. In these way they have manage the insurance portfolio of our share holders
in excellent way.

                       In current market, in past also many company issues are their
shares or debentures also. In that which issues are benefited in future? This knowledge
doesn’t have the investors. So, the Matalia co. provides this information to investors.


                       In IPO the MSBPL are provided to more benefit to their
investors in his investment. Some time holders are not decide in which issues are
beneficiary for investment at that time their IPO department are also suggested in right
way.

                                       MUTUALFUND & PORTFOLIO MGMT.
services are almost same but the difference is that in portfolio mgmt. the minimum
amount required for investment is RS. 5 lacks in mutual fund, the amount may be
RS.10, 000 or RS. 50,000 or RS.1, 00,000. It depends on organization or firm.

                                       The MSBPL is also providing the services of
mutual fund. The amount which is got as mutual fund amount is invested in good
scripts by MSBPL. The price of shares which is increased known as in mutual funds as
‘units’. Generally those investors who invested their amount i mutual fund, they get
mostly profit.

                            “Personnel management is the planning, organizing,
Directing & controlling of the procurement, development, compensation, integration,
maintained & separation of human resources to the individual, organizational & social
objectives are accomplished.”

                              HRM can not be separated from the basic mgmt. function.
The scope of HRM is very wide; it covers labour welfare & industrial relation aspects.
HR managers do not manufactures or sell goods but they do contribute to the success &
growth of an organization by advising employees are workers who working in the
organization. HRM is concerned with the employees as individual; as well as groups. It
is the task of dealing with human beings in an organization. It is the process of bringing
people & organization together, so that the goals of each are met. HR is most important
element in an organization.
                   RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

                       “Recruitment is the process of searching for prospective
employees simultaneously & encouraging them to apply for jobs in an organization.”


                         “Recruitment is a positive function because most
 Organizations are engaged in recruiting activity, but the volume & nature of
recruitment varies with the size, nature & environment of particular Organization,
Recruitment methods such as direct or indirect & third party methods are means by
which an Organization establishes contract with potential candidates, provides them
necessary information & encourages them to apply for jobs. Different medias are used
for recruitment such as advertising in news paper, pamphlets & in internet etc.
                                   SELECTION


                                Selection is the process of choosing the best out of those
recruited or applied for job. Recruitment is positive because it aims at increasing the
No.     of    applications    for    wider      choice     or    for    increasing     the
Selection ratio while Selection is negative because rejects a large No. of applicants
recruitment involves prospecting or searching where as Selection involves comparison
& choice of candidates.


                                  The purpose of Selection is to pick up the right persons
for every job. Selection is an important function because no organization can achieve its
goals without selecting the right people.
                        INDUCTION & ORIENTION


                        Induction or Orientation is
                                          “The process of receiving & welcoming an
employee when the first joins a company & giving him the basic information, he needs
to settle down quickly & happily & start work”


                          Induction helps in minimizing shock which a new employee
feels in reality. Thus, Induction or Orientation is very necessary for new employees in
any organization or firm.


                            When a new employee joins an organization, he is completely a
stranger to the staff, work and place & the environment. Therefore, he is likely to feel
insecure, shy & nervous. In the absences of information & support, there are likely to be
anxiety & fear in his mind. In MSBPL When any new employee is going to join an
organization, first of all he or she is introduced to all his or her is introduced to all his or
her concerned department staff members & at the same time he or she will be given a
brief information about MSBPL. As well as services this is provided by them. On the
job training is to be given to the new employee.
                              TRAINING


              After the Induction or Orientation process is to be finished. The training
activity will be stated. In any organization, training is generally given to the new
employee when the first joins an organization. With the help of training, employees will
know that what work he or she has to do, in the organization or firm.


            In MSBPL the mostly training session is 15 days for the few experiences
person or who has a well experienced person there is no need to training.
                       TRANSFER & PROMOTION


                                TRANSFER

                              Transfer is a horizontal or lateral movement of an
employee from one job, section, department shift to another place where his salary,
status & responsibility are the same. It generally doesn’t involve a promotion.

                            In MSBPL Transfer of employees happens in rare case.
Here, generally, positive Transfer takes place, means of any employees wants to
Transfer from one place to another place, and he is free to do this, expect such case
Transfer doesn’t happen in MSBPL.
                                 PROMOTION

                      Promotion of any employee is generally depends on the
performance of an employee. In such organization, Promotion is some time given to
build up moral loyalty & a sense of belonging on the part of the employee.


                        In MSBPL Promotion is given on the bases of the target
achievement. If any big target is achieved by employee which is comparatively very
tough, at that time. The person has promoted at big post. Thus, Promotion is depending
on the performance of an employee & the target achievement.
                      INCENTIVES & REWARDS


                          An incentive scheme is a place or programmes to motivate
individual or group performances. Incentives programmes are most frequently build on
monitory rewards or prizes.


                            In MSBPL Incentive plans are designed to improve
productivity & to secure better utilization of human resources of the enterprise.
Incentive is given in the form of “annual appraisal policy” which is given to motivate
employees at every six months. Incentive is sometimes given in for the achievement of
target.
                                  REWARDS


             Rewards are very important for the employees because it creates
satisfaction in the mind of employee. Therefore an employee can’t go at everywhere,
due to this, increase loyalty of employee towards the enterprise or firms.


            In MSBPL rewards are given in the form of bonus which is given to all
employees of MSBPL in every diwali, bonus is generally given in the form of money.

on current market trends & situations. Means they should know what is

               There is no any separate customer care department, but
having separate customer care department, it is more beneficial for
organization as well as clients. Due to this, client can get maximum
satisfaction & satisfactory suggestion to solve queries & complaints.
                       CONCLUSION


                   The dictionary meaning of conclusion is to end Orin
other word at the end to conclude whole the description a few words.

                   After completion our training in MSBPL We can
conclude that the firm is having efficient ability to be one of the leading
broking service firm in all over country in near future. During my visit
all the staff members are found good & co-operative. Working
environment of MSBPL is also very systematic.

                    The Company has also made our theoretical concept
clear & showed us how theory & actual practical are combined in the real
business world. The whole credit goes to director, technical & non-
technical staff.

We wish that the firm earn success in its entire venture & has a bright in
