STATEMENT OF WORK FOR
VIDEO WALL INSTALLATION IN
CISD OPERATIONS OFFICE, BLDG 3500, RM 201
The purpose of this contract is to provide installation of Video Wall, to include all equipment listed in the itemized
inventory at the end of this SOW. This contract includes all parts and labor.

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SCHEDULE ALL VISITS THROUGH EITHER OF THE GOVERNMENT
TECHNICAL POINTS OF CONTACT.
5. OBSERVED HOLIDAYS
Federal holidays observed by the base are Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas
Day, New Year’s Day, and other specifically designated days that are mutually agreed upon between the
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR and the CONTRACTOR during the period of performance for this contract.
When the holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be observed as the legal holiday. When the holiday
falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is observed as the legal holiday by the U. S. Government agencies.
6. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This requirement will include parts and labor, to include, but not limited to, all labor needed to install components in
accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. All necessary services required for a complete and functional Video
Wall system shall be provided. All components must meet TIA/EIA standards and be labeled accordingly. All
equipment racks, tables, mounts, and tables will be installed level and in accordance to manufacturer’s
specifications. All rack mounted equipment will be securely fastened using recommended manufacturer’s fasteners.
In addition to the installation of all components listed below, the contractor will be responsible for the buildout of
the south wall in room 206 to support the installation of the Video Wall.
- Testing and Check Out:
The Contractor shall test each audio visual component and provide methods and results to CISD prior to final
Documentation will be provided and system will be accepted when tests have been completed, demonstrating that
the A/V systems conform to the specified requirements.
- The contractor shall provide training sessions to the Government which conforms to the requirements of the end-
users. Scheduling of training will be through either Government Technical Point of Contact.
-Parts Coverage: All system parts will be covered as part of the contract.
-Labor Coverage: All labor costs are covered as part of the contract.
- Service support availability:
The contractor shall provide technical phone support twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week, with
trained in-house staff or technicians.
-Items Not Covered:
The following items are not covered by this contract: Natural disaster.
Invoicing will be done in four (4) payments and as needed. The invoices will be submitted in Wide Area Work
