My wife and I would like first of all to thank you and show our appreciation for your great effort in selling our
house 63 Bedervale Loop in Doreen.
For us, it was our very first experience in actually selling a property and it was very important that we could
find the right person who could understand our immediate needs. We were very fortunate that we were
recommended to you by our good friend Judi Whiteley who is managing our investment property in Doreen.
We were very impressed by your professionalism as you understood immediately the urgency of our
situation.
You were very efficient, straight to the point and we learned we could always count on your judgment and
expert advice on the current situation.
You are a very likeable and approachable person, with very high ethical standards and communication skills.
In our days and age, instant and accurate communication is so important to make the right decision and be
informed immediately on the situation.
Your honesty is to be commended as you advised us immediately on the worse case scenario. This reduced
our stress level immensely as it removed all false hopes.
We were impressed by your expert knowledge of the real-estate market which we found was very accurate.
In an inclement situation, you succeeded in selling our property above our expectation.
We have no hesitations to recommend your services and expert professionalism to our friends and

Dear Leigh & Kim,
We would like to thank you both for all the hard work that went into selling our home.
When Leigh and Kim first walked into our home we both knew that they would be perfect
for the job. Their professionalism, approach and knowledge were second to none, their
friendly nature made us feel like we had friends selling our home not real estate agents
and they always had time for a chat and a coffee.
One of the things we loved about Leigh was as soon as he had a buyer that was interested
in inspecting our home he would go out of his way to make it as easy as possible for the
buyers to get through our home not just once or twice but even for a third time if it was
required.
Their advice on the preparation of our home was first class and their attention to detail was
outstanding. Never once did we feel pressured in any way to lower our price or accept an
offer that we didn't want. With three offers on the table (two were Leigh's, one was Kim's

Dear Leigh,
Rod and I would like to thank you for the excellent experience we had selling our home just before
Christmas.
Even though we had spoken to you on two other occations over a period of six years, both those
times we were pressured in to sign with other agents that promised the world but unfortunately
delivered us nothing. We made the mistake of chosing other agents that were cheaper in
commission than you and all that was achieved was two expensive advertising bills, we were
repeatedly told to lower our price, our home wasn't sold and we felt like the other agents weren't
trying to sell our home for the highest price, rather they appeared to be only interested in just
making a sale.
Our experience of you was the complete opposite, we gave you such short notice and not much time
to advertise our property. However your enthusiasm, professionalism and advice played a major
part in us being able to achieve such a fantastic result with our property selling in just four days
after appearing on the internet. The fact that you had four signed contract on our property in that
time frame was outstanding. We received the first offer within 24 hours of being on the internet and
were willing to take it. Your advice to wait until the first weekends open home resulted in three
more offers being made and we walked away with $26,800 more than we were going to three days
earlier.
We look back now at our decision to chose two other agents on two seperate occations all because
they were a fraction cheaper than you. We compare the final outcome of all three experiences and
the we can't believe the difference. The lesson we have learnt is you really do get what you pay for,
quality does cost more but the difference in quality was stark. You were more than worth every cent
we paid, thank you so much.
You saved us time, money and provided us with a stressless experience. We appreciate all the work
that went into the “Open House” (7 days before Christmas!!) which made it a huge success. The
fact that you kept us upto date on a regular basis through out the sale of our home once again shows
your commitment and professionalism.

We just wanted to ‘put pen to paper’ to say how pleased we are with the way you have sold our
home in Doreen.
The whole prospect of selling was daunting and from the very first moment we spoke on the phone,
you managed to put us at ease. You made the process as transparent as possible and we knew where
we were and what was happening every step of the way. Your recommendation to use an interior
designer helped immensely and, was a very small price to pay. It enabled us to show off our
property in the best possible way and also gave us some great ideas to carry into our new place!

Dear Leigh,
I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for all the hard work you dedicated to selling my
investment property at 78 Lloyd Street Heidelberg Heights.
Living in another country presents some chellenges in selling a property, I was given your details by a friend
that lives in Melbourne. When I first called you you were friendly and helpful, when I asked you questions you
gave me straight answers. I was impressed with your honesty from the start, whilst I did have a list of agents
to call you were the only one that would give me straight answers over the phone. The others I spoke to, and
there was many, were either very pushy or wouldn't return my calls.
After appointing you to market and sell my investment property and numerous telephone calls at all hours of
the night both in America and Austraila I flew to Australia to meet you in person and sign the papers. Once
again you were very helpful with explaining the paperwork and taking the time to also explain how the
auction selling process was going to work.
Your professional approach and systematic planning is admirable and proved to be quite fruitful. Although I
was reluctant to spend money on advertising my property, I felt that I could trust what you were telling me. So
with some reservation I agreed to advertising with full and half pages in your local newspaper. I must admit
whilst I thought I was waisting my money I listened to what you said and took your advice. I travel the world
in my career and I see and hear many things, I went against what I thought should happen and I'm so happy
I did. The result speaks for itself.
You contacted me on a regular bases to inform me of the activities through phone calls and reports via email.
I felt as though I had my finger on the pulse of the sale process all the way through. The detail that you were
able to extract from the people that viewed the property was not only informative but first class. I knew how
many people were interested, how much they wanted to pay and in most cases you were able to tell me what
the buyers budgets were. All throughout the time you were selling my investment property the things you told
me you would do you did and all your predictions came true. I was concerned about doing an auction but you
told me that you would be able to tell me what was going to happen on the day well before it happened and
to my surprise you were right. You told me how many buyers were coming to the auction, how much each
one was going to bid to and who the buyers were that you thought would buy it in the end. In the lead up
toward the auction date and on the Auction day you showed your expertise and professional manner to
conduct the auction while I listened over the phone at 1:00a.m. in Florida.
Although I am living in the US you kept me well informed about the market and status of my property, I felt so
familiar with what is going on although I was on the other side of world.
I wish you and Kim the best for the years to come, I'm sure you will be very successful in your career. I
wouldn't hesitate to refer you to my friends if needed. Thank you for making a stressfull time in my life a very
easy and enjoyable experience, I feel as though I have made a new friend not sold an investment property.
