Quit Claim Deed

Description

This is a blank Quit Claim Deed. A quit claim deed is a form used for the transfer of a person’s ownership and financial interests in a property, without any guarantee that the grantor actually has any rights to the property. A quit claim deed is sometimes not even considered an actual “deed”, as the recipient may not actually get any legal rights to the property. This form is more often used so that the grantor of the quit claim deed cannot, at a later date, claim to have an interest in the property. However a quitclaim does not relinquish the grantor from any mortgages or liens secured against the property.
