Norman dynasty is the usual designation for the family William I Matilda
that were the Dukes of Normandy and the English mon- II,

Duke of Nor- her dynastic rights until she abdicated her rights in
mandy favor of her son Henry II of England in 1153
following the Treaty of Wallingford.
