TribePad talent acquisition platform chosen by Sodexo
Sodexo, a leading provider of on-site service solutions, has teamed up with TribePad to overhaul their
talent attraction and acquisition processes.
TribePad will be implementing their award winning platform in the first quarter of 2012. Sodexo, which
provides foodservices and facilities management for clients in the education, healthcare, justice,
defence, leisure and corporate services sectors, will benefit from a fully integrated careers and talent
platform for their jobseekers and internal employees in the UK & Ireland.

Tribepad has already experienced a successful period seeing one of its other clients, the global
security solutions business G4S, saving £1 million in the first year of deployment. Sodexo will be
using Tribepad’s newly enhanced CRM functionality as part of the solution which not only
encompasses easy to use tools for recruiters but also enhances the jobseekers profile. TribePad has
recently improved this feature using 3D profiles giving the jobseeker the ability to showcase previous
work using video and visual aids and also pulling in their social data too.
