of Shares), in the following Statement as are:-

   1. That hereby ___________ is selling 55% Shares to ____________.
   2. That _______________ has 45% Shares in the Company.
   3. That both partners cannot sale or purchase these shares for three years time period after
      this agreement to each other or any other person.
   4. That both partners can not sale these shares any other person whatsoever they can buy or
      sell each other after three years of this agreement day only each other whatsoever can buy
      or sell whatsoever.
   5. Whereas both partners are bound for this agreement statement legally in the rules and law
      of the company.
