Purchasing, Fleet Services, and Graphic Communication Services to the
reestablished Department of General Services; conduct the first hearing to
add Chapter 2.11 to the Fresno County Ordinance Code relating to the
creation of the Department of General Services; to amend Chapter 2.08 of
the Fresno County Ordinance Code relating to the specific duties of the
County Administrative Officer; to amend Chapter 13.12 of the Fresno
County Ordinance Code relating to the duties of the Director of General
Services; and to set second hearing for April 13, 2004; and Approve Salary
Resolution Amendment (Appendix C), on file with the Clerk to the Board
establishing 4 new positions; adding 4 positions; deleting 7 positions;
transferring 6 positions within the department; increasing the salary range
of 1 position; and retitling 1 position
13. Approve and authorize Chairman to execute an agreement with Families
First, Inc., to act as the lead agency for the implementation of Children’s
Wraparound services in Fresno County in accordance with California
Senate Bill 163 ($2,576,648); amend the Fresno County Salary Resolution
to include an increase of one Social Services Program Manager position in
the Department of Children and Family Services as detailed in Appendix “E”
14. Confirm the appointment of Julie Hornback, to the position of Director of the
Department of Employment and Temporary Assistance pursuant to Fresno
County Charter Section 16
