JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation Analyst – Human Resources Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Analyses compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending revisions, which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and organization’s objectives. Provide advice to departments on pay decisions, including the design of solutions to specific compensation-related programs; Conduct salary survey to ensure that competitive remuneration packages are established; Conduct and participates in national and international salary surveys; Assist in constructing salary structures according to geographic areas, bases on salary survey data to determine competitive salary rate; Work with Jobs Analyst in Job Costing by gather and analyze data and recommending sound solutions or course of action; Evaluates jobs remuneration and recommends appropriate grades and titles; Respond to enquiries regarding compensation related issues; React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned, assuming responsibility for own professional growth. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor degree in area of specialization Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitals related field.
