Motor Vehicle Division - Driver Services Bureau-
Contact them for assistance with revoking the Driver's License of a person that can no

To obtain a handicap application for a placard, you or someone you know must go
into your nearest DMV office to pick up the application. You then take the application
to your Doctor he or she fills it out, returns it to you, and then you must return it to the
DMV and pickup your placard. You must carry the pink copy of the application with you
in-order to show proof that you need the placard and that it is you in the car.

Provides services for the prevention of abuse, neglect and exploitation of elderly people
