She was a three-time NCAA champion and received
twenty-one All-American at the University of Texas, and
Height 5 ft 10 in (1.78 m) also competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul,
Weight 141 lb (64 kg) South Korea. Hedgepeth retired after the Atlanta Games,
and became a swimming coach in Austin with Longhorn
Sport Aquatics. She currently (as of 2011) is the Masters Coach
Sport Swimming at the same program.
Whitney reached the Olympic level as a swimmer for
Stroke(s) Freestyle, backstroke the Virginia Association for Competitive Swimming
(VACS) under coach Dudley Duncan. Many Virginia
