This is a considerable 7 decrease from the last quarter where there were 7 instances of 6 illegal dumping. 5 What we are doing to address performance in this area 4 The decrease in illegal dumping demonstrates that residents have 3 taken on board our efforts in addressing this problem and are 2 working with us by contacting their local authority to dispose of bulk 1 rubbish. Every case is reviewed at least monthly, and all open cases have an action plan, including contact with other agencies, such as police, local safer neighbourhood teams, the local Noise Patrol Teams and social services etc. ISHA also has an out of hours ASB telephone line, the telephone number is 0800 088 6699.
