When I woke up, I was so sleepy. I was

so excited that I hardly got any sleep. I got

out of bed and took a shower and ate

breakfast. As we waited for the big van to

come, my family started to take the luggage

outside. We loaded in the van and had to

travel all the way to Washington D.C. We

arrived at the airport and we checked our

luggage. We had to wait in line for about

fifteen minutes to get through security.

After thirteen hours, we finally landed in

Tokyo. We departed the plane and I noticed

the people. They looked different then me .

When I woke up I was really excited because I

was going to have the best day of my life. I jumped

out of my bed and put on my bathing suit first. Then

I put on the cutest pair of blue polka-dot shorts, my

favorite zig-zag pink short sleeve shirt, and the most

comfortable red flip flops. I decided to fix my hair

real nice and put it up in a ponytail. I smelled the

most wonderful smells coming from the kitchen.

The grease of the bacon, the sweet smell of syrup

from the pancakes, and the smoky sausage made

me move quickly to get downstairs because I knew

my sister would eat it all. I ate so much that I could

barely move however I knew I had to get my chores

done. I slowly waddle back to my room and dumped

the trash, made my bed, and put away my clothes.

My chores were done and I was ready to go. I could

not stop talking and finally my mom told me to go sit

on the couch for two minutes and close my mouth.

She couldn’t take it anymore.
