Facility for Butler-Johnson Corporation
US Capital Partners has arranged $7.75 million in financing for an
expanding wholesale distributor of national branded flooring and interior
surfacing products.
San Francisco, CA, February 01, 2012 -- US Capital Partners, LLC (“USCP”)
has secured a $7.75 million credit facility for Butler-Johnson
Corporation (“BJC”), headquartered in San Jose, CA. US Capital Partners
is a private investment bank, direct lender, co-lender, and lead
financial arranger that specializes in business loans for small to middle
market companies.

credit, as well as to provide additional working capital to support
