What It Means:
Lawyers are often assisted by paralegals and legal assistants. Paralegals and legal assistants may be asked to conduct legal research, prepare
reports or help lawyers prepare for legal proceedings and business meetings. They work in various organizations, including, among others,
private law firms, corporate legal departments and government offices.

What It Means to You:
Employment of paralegals is projected to grow at a faster rate than the average for all occupations from 2011 through 2018.3
