Each year a number of carriers are surprised to learn that their intrastate operating authority has been revoked for failure to renew.
If your name appears on the following list and you have mailed your renewal in the past 10 days, your renewal may still be in processing by the post office
or our validation area and not yet forwarded to the MPSC.
If you believe your renewal has been filed but your name appears on the list, a recheck of your operation, to insure that your renewal has been submitted,
may be in order.
Seeking reinstatement of authority which has been revoked for non-renewal involves applying for intrastate authority in the same manner, subject to the
same submission requirements, as an applicant who has never been granted intrastate authority. There are no quick grants of authority or special process-
ing shortcuts. The average time from application to Commission order on such applications is 90-125 days.
