Lean to success

Simply put, support lean production philosophy "without waste" in the workplace and process control.

He did not know the size of the company. Be it a large corporation or a small group of five housewives in

the cake business, successful lean production is the production of behavior and discipline those who

engage in it.

Experts say that lean production was first gained popularity in Japan - a country known for a very unique

approach and innovative ways and means, even in dealing with strategy.

The principles of lean production in a practical and simple borders. But, again, while they can be easily

understood and implemented, maintaining the right attitude in general is a different story.

Due to the success of lean manufacturing has led to companies that adopt it, for example, Toyota, the

company is currently trying to implement their own strategies for the company.

The fact is that all companies must reduce costs, with rising energy prices and increased competition.

Reading business magazines, you can see that the company filing for bankruptcy left and right, citing

poor governance as the most common cause from filing Chapter 11. Even the most established

companies who have been victims of it. That is why lean manufacturing have become the method of

choice for repair companies who want to get back on track.

The success of lean production is determined by how companies implement and begin to deal with ways

to achieve the maximum benefit from their resources without having to spend too much. Success is also

determined in the final analysis, reduction and elimination of waste so-called corporate environment.

These wastes are defined as follows: transportation (moving more goods than it takes at least), motion

(employees who work more than is required at least), disability (effort involved in checking and

correcting the problem), processing (to make more work than is really required), oversupply (which

leads to wasteful stockpiles) and inventory.

When a company overproduces a particular product, it is likely that this product will eventually be sold

at prices much lower than expected. The plant will be forced to sell everything, and thus will be forced

to shift to lower price to make it happen.

A successful lean manufacturing program ensures it will not happen with your company. Instead, it will

stimulate adequate levels of production and is only delivered at the right time is necessary without the

time and the excess of the product.

For the part of consumers, it is good. They are exactly what they pay. For the producers, also positive,

because nothing is wasted. Not a resource, not energy, not time.

However, as mentioned earlier, for the success of lean production still depends on how you made. In

short, it all depends on you. Lean manufacturing requires careful planning at the earliest. If you go to

accident and not against the possible consequences, then you probably also have not experienced it all.
