SPECIAL SESSION
JANUARY 4, 2012 4:00 P.M.

COUNCIL PRESENT: Koppert, Christensen, Watters, Adams. Mayor Mitchell presided.
COUNCIL ABSENT: Jensen.

OTHERS PRESENT: Glen Petersen, Mike Roth.

IOWA GREAT LAKES SANITARY SEWER: Glen Petersen, Iowa Great Lakes
Sanitary Sewer, explained emergency repairs needed to be done to the sewer from
Highway 71 and down Katrina Street. Discussion followed regarding the proposed work.
Two bids will be considered next week. No work will be performed during Winter
Games January 27, 28 and 29, 2012 and no streets or sidewalks will be torn up.
Discussion followed. It was the consensus of the Council to do the necessary repairs.

Motion to adjourn. Watters/Adams. Ayes; four. Nays; none. Jensen absent. Mayor
Mitchell declared the meeting adjourned at 4:50 P.M.
