Saturday June 11,2011
10:00 A.M. - S:OO'P.M.

LOCATION:

Lakeview Canyon Road between Agoura Road and Lake Harbor Lane

ART AND CRAFT VENDOR CATEGORY:

 MERCHANDISE

The mission of this festival is to provide a showcase for vendors that have personally handcrafted their
products. Commercially produced items or items handcrafted by others and merely imported by
the vendor are not acceptable. Please fully describe, on the application, the items you intend to sell
and describe the level of handcrafting you personally do so your products meet the criteria of
handcrafted products. All applicants must submit 3 photos of their products with their application along
with a self addressed stamped envelope for jury selection. Should your application be rejected, your
photos will be returned at that time. Otherwise, your photos will be returned after the festival. All
vendors selling food items must display a valid and current Health Permit obtained through Los Angeles
County. These rules will be strictly enforced and any vendor who is in violation may be asked to leave
      the festival without a refund.

PROMOTIONAL AND MARKETING ORGANIZATION CATEGORY:

 ACTIVITY

This category is designed for local organizations and local community businesses to support, and have a
presence at, the Street Festival to promote and market their activities. These entities may hand out
literature, provide free services, and/or provide free samples. Direct on-site sales will not be allowed
and free samples may not include food items. Please fully describe, on the application, the activity in
which you intend to engage. These rules will be strictly enforced and any organization that is in
violation may be asked to leave the festival without a refund.
ALL CATEGORIES:

 DISPLAY REQIDREMENTS:

All spaces are 1O'XII '. Displays must be well constructed. Setup time will commence by 6:00 A.M.
There will be a designated children's area as well as a food court. No individual generators will be
permitted. Electricity will be available only to food booths at the cost shown on the food vendor's
application. Food vendors must obtain their own permits from the Los Angeles County Health
     Department.

 INDIVIDUAL SITE:

All vendors and organizations will be placed on a first come basis. Consideration will be given to those
who are returning from last year's festival if the application is returned in a timely manner. It is our
intention to make all as comfortable as possible. If you have special requests as to the location, it is
important that you include them on your application, as it will be too late to accommodate you on the
day of the festival. Artisans wishing to be placed next to a friend should send their applications in the
same envelope or apply on one application for two booths. Your application and fees must be received
by May 9, 2011 to be considered for the festival at the basic price shown on your application. You will
receive confirmation of receipt of your application and preliminary acceptance soon after we have
received and evaluated it. As we are limited to approximately 200 spaces, we highly recommend prompt
attention to your application. It is advisable to submit your application early as an art and craft vendor
as we will be limiting the number of similar crafts. You will be advised of your booth number and
location on or about June 6, 2011.

 VEmCLES:

Due to restricted room in the festival area, large, oversize vehicles such as motor homes cannot be
accommodated during loading and unloading. If you have no other choice but to use such a vehicle,
please come prepared to cart you materials in from the nearest available parking areas.

 CANCELLATION:

The event will not be cancelled due to weather and refunds will not be made. Should the Rotary Club of
Westlake Village be forced to cancel the event for other reasons, a refund amounting to fifty percent of
the rental fee would be made.
