Advertised prices for flights must include

all taxes and fees under new rules taking

With the holiday season in full gear, consumer advocates advise consumers to plan and budget

well to ensure they don’t end up overspending or facing credit card bills months after the holiday

season concludes.

advocates, tax preparers and even the IRS, which yesterday kicked off its annual outreach

campaign to low- and moderate-income workers.
