NSU COMMUNITYFEST 2008 Booth Cancellation Contract
This is a contract between the below stated Student Organization, Department, or Community Business/Organization and Nova Southeastern University’s Office of Student Leadership and Civic Engagement. This is to state that __________________will no longer be participating in NSU CommunityFest 2008 on Saturday, February 23rd, 2008 as their prior contract has stated. It is understood that this contract is only canceling participation as a booth host and that any forms of cancellation must be discussed with the NSU CommunityFest Committee. Student organizations submitting this request: o Prior to January 18th, 2008 will not be charged. o After January 18th, 2008 but prior to February 8th, 2008 will have $50 deducted from their organization account. o February 8th, 2008 – February 15th, 2008 will have $75 deducted from their organization account. o After February 15th, 2008(or if they do not come to the event) will have $250 deducted from their organization account.. Additionally, any student organization who cancels their booth is no longer eligible for the $150 reimbursement. Departments submitting this request o Prior to February 1st, 2008 will not be charged. o After February 1st, 2008 will be charged $50 for their cancellation. Community Businesses/Organizations o Will not be charged for BOOTH CANCELLATIONS regardless of the date this is received
