Dear   Second Year Mentee,
    One hallmark of a professional learning community is its desire to learn more about itself through thoughtful data driven reflection.
This 10-15 minute evaluation gives you the opportunity to provide the TMP leadership teams with feedback regarding three parts of
your experience this year. They are:
    1. Demographics (Part 1)
    2. Your involvement in the Teacher Mentor Program (Part 2 and 3)
    3. Your perceptions of U-46 (Part 4, 5, and 6)

                 Reading was the hardest to gain experience in professional career because we did not have a reputable reading
                  class
                 More info on behavior management, organizing yourself, politics of case management, and social worker roles.
                 More hands on, longer student teaching, and more time to discuss classroom issues.
                 Aurora University really cares about money but not about students.
                 Theory only.
                 They prepared me but my cooperating teacher was horrible.
