The income you receive from En101 is based on your sponsoring two members, and then simply
helping them to duplicate your efforts. As you sponsor new members, you place them in open
positions in your downline organization. Your first enrollee always falls in your shared leg with
your sponsor, thus making it the outside leg or power leg, next place your next personally
sponsored member in the opposite team. Building an organization is a team effort. As your
upline helps you build your organization, you will in turn assist your downline to build theirs.

How to Enroll Members?
We STRONGLY suggest that you personally enroll every new member. To enroll someone into
your Team, click on the Enroll link at your En101 web site. The enroll members page will appear.
Members can be enrolled as customers or as En101 Independent Representatives. Once a
language product is purchased, there are no additional fees required to become an Independent
Representative with En101.
To enroll as a customer into your team, You will need their choice of language products, desired
user name and password , their name, email address, complete mailing address and telephone
number.
To enroll an independent representative into your team, You will need their choice of language
products, desired site name, user name, password, their name, email address, complete mailing
address and telephone number.
Once someone has decided they want to buy, they can choose from the following payment
options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Discover
If they do not have ANY credit cards or feel secure while using it online, they may pay through the
following ways. Money Order, Western Union, Money Gram, E-Gold, Money Bookers, or simply

Q: How do I receive team commissions? You must personally sponsor a PAID
member in both your left and right team to receive team commissions. Success is built
on sponsoring two members into your organization and then simply teaching others to
do the same thing.
Q: How I do make sure that a new recruit falls under the right leg? Login to your
business center and click on "settings" located at the top and left hand side of the page.
A drop down menu will appear and choose the leg lock option from the menu. You can
manually change the leg lock as often as you wish. You will retain the sponsorship.
Q: How do I place someone in my organization? Login in to your back office and click on
info located on the left hand side. A drop down menu will appear and choose the growth
option from the menu. Click on any of the "+" to fill a position in your organization and
enrollment form will appear. With this feature you will retain the sponsorship.
Q: How do I give someone in my organization the sponsorship of my enrollee?
Simply, have them sign up at your representative’s site. Their placement will depend
upon the leg lock of your representative’s web site.
Q: Are there any requirements to receive matching bonuses? No, you will receive
a matching bonus of $25 on every ProPak enrollment made by those you have personally
sponsored.

Q: How do I increase the amount of my matching bonus? Increase your matching bonus to $50
on every ProPak enrollment made by those you have personally sponsored, by simply becoming a
Director by enrolling 4 ProPak sales, 2 your left team and 2 in your right team.
Q: How do I activate my FREE bonus Position? Enroll a customer and a representative in both
your right and left team. First enroll a PAID representative in both your left and right team, then
simply "Check this box if you wish to be a Customer ONLY" with your next enrollees in both your
left and right teams. As soon as the new enrollee is marked paid with a dollar sign within their a
blue box, change them to a representative, by clicking on the “info” on the left side of the page and
choosing "personally sponsored" from the drop down menu. Locate their name and click on the
box to toggle them into a representative. We would recommend this procedure to everyone in your

Q: Can I change my payment options? Yes, simply login to your business center Login to

wallet” as a payment option and provide your customer ID #, user name and password.
Q: Can use a credit card for multiple orders? Yes, but first you will need to complete a Multi-
User Credit Card form. Simply, send an email to officemanager@en101.com and request a form to
be sent to you. Complete the required information, with copies of your driver license or picture
ID and credit card and fax to the office.
