registration will be deducted from tuition and fees. A check or money order (maintain your copies)
should be made payable to Nova Southeastern University and returned to the admissions office.

Honor Award Recipients: My signature indicates that I understand that the Honor Award remains valid only if:
a. I am enrolled as a full-time student (12 credit hours minimum) during each 16 week semester in the
Professional and Liberal Studies (day) program. A minimum of 24 credits per academic year must be
successfully completed.
b. I maintain a cumulative NSU grade point average of 3.0 or better.
This scholarship remains valid for renewal up to your 130th credit (total), while enrolled in your undergraduate
major. For Dual Admissions students, the Honor Award and/or NSU Financial Aid Grant do not carry into the
graduate and professional programs.
