Please accept this letter as 30-day formal notice of my resignation. My last day of work will be
April 25th 2011.

While I have been very satisfied at Eversun Software Philippines Corporation, I have decided to
make this move to advance my career. I have enjoyed working here and appreciate all that I have
learned. I feel privilege to have been part of such a professional team. I wish you all the best
going forward and wishing you and Eversun Software Philippines Corporation continued success
in the future.
