Definition:
 A stakeholder is a person, group
  or organization that can place a
  legitimate claim on an
  organization’s attention,
  resources, output, or is affected
  by that output.

It is important to:
 Know who the stakeholders are

 Know how they judge the
  organization (criteria)
 Know how the organization is
  performing against this criteria

     obligations towards financiers,
     creditors, employees, suppliers,
     etc in order to survive

   legally and abide by all the
   statutory requirements

3.   Ethical – Behave in an ethical
     manner & be a good corporate
