How do I make a survey?
1. Go to the page where you would like to insert a survey.
2. Click on Tools, then Forms & Surveys
3. Click on New Form/Survey, give it a Title, click Save
4. Click on the Insert button to insert a survey question
5. Select what kind of question you would like to insert, follow prompts, click
Save.
6. Do this for each question that you would like to include on your survey.
7. When you are finished, click Done
How do I change options for my survey?
(*Change any options BEFORE inserting your survey to your webpage!)
1. When in the Forms & Surveys section (Click Tools, Forms & Surveys), click
Options at the right.
2. There are a couple things you can do here. I would check the start and
end date of the survey under General Information if you only want your
survey posted for a certain time period.
3. Also, click Survey Completion Options and add your email address to the
“Send Responses To” box. (Other emails can be added if you use a semi-
colon to separate them)
How do I insert a survey onto my webpage?
1. Go to the page where you would like to insert the survey.
2. Type “Click Here to Take Survey” (or whatever you would like it to say)
3. Highlight what you typed and click the Insert Form Link icon.
4. Choose the survey you would like to insert from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Next, Next, Insert Link, Save, and you are done!
