Library Instruction Request Form
Library literacy instruction in the PSCW Library features a general library
orientation which includes walking tour, library policy and programs,
locating library materials, searching for online information, library
organizations and catalog. Each session of the library literacy lasts 30
minutes and is conducted by library staff. We encourage you to schedule
your session two days in advance. Use this form to request a session.
