Lets start by looking at a typical new business

We begin by adding the new business account
to the RSSQL™ database…
Firstly we allocate a unique account code
The account’s descriptive information is entered next
This is where we enter the main delivery address
After the account information has been entered,
we need to pick up the containers.
This is handled by creating a workorder…
Firstly specify the client account number
Now specify the quantity of containers to be
picked up.
The status of the workorder is automatically
updated with a date/time stamp
After the workorder has been created, the
relevant information is sent for the drivers
attention on the PDT3100
Now the driver has all the information needed to
accurately and efficiently pickup the new
containers
Once collected, we can now begin to catalogue
your customers records…

centre to their offices and puts the power of information
at their fingertips.
But what does it look like? What will my customers
see?
Firstly the user must enter a valid User ID and
Password. This ensures that access can be restricted.
Then we are presented with the main home page.
From here we can navigate to place orders for
containers, files, tapes, materials, services, and reports.
We can also query for existing records in the database
to either check the information or perform data entry.
Here are the table of results. Simply click edit/ details at
the side to view all available information
If the customer has the access, they can now maintain
their information online at any time of day.
