and recruitment industry experience in her native United States (US). Ms. Layton’s

experience in this industry is almost exclusively managerial and executive in character

allowing her to strategically conceive of and formulate a successful staffing and

recruitment enterprise of her own. Layton operates in the staffing and recruitment or

employment services industry but targets a specific niche market, which Ms. Layton has

identified as being underserved in the Florida market. This niche market identified by

Ms. Layton is the Community Association Managers, Property Managers, and related
