      The Car-Suds Car Wash is a business concept conceived by Mr. Doug Larson.

Mr. Larson spent numerous years as a service manager for a large dealership in the

Memphis, Tennessee area where he noted that his clients always liked the results of the

dealership‘s detail shop. They constantly remarked how fast the detail shop was able to

wash, wax, and detail their cars while they waited in the full service dealership lobby.

This experience encouraged Mr. Larson to examine a car wash business as a way to go

into business for himself. He saved up a substantial amount of his own funds and upon

receiving an inheritance he decided to open his own car wash and detailing shop

complete with a full service waiting room with all amenities. Mr. Larson has $150

thousand of his own funds and intends to fully self-fund his business enterprise.

Additionally, he has based the business model on a franchise model and believes he

will be able to expand his business with other franchised car wash locations. He targets
