    quoting a lot more accurate.
    More accurate costing, pricing and quoting stops jobs being done and products being made with no or little marjin involved which increases your profit
    significantly further than outlined above in the at total of 1,2 and 3 (at H45)

    MORE EXPLANATIONS

1   6 times a day staff are supposed to be prompt and working at day start, both sides of morning smoko, both sides of lunch and day end
    (8 times a day if you have two smoko breaks daily).
    Generally a total of 30 minutes per staff member per day is lost in not working promptly 6 times per day
    Empower can eliminate 100% of this slippage in time.
    Either accept 30 minutes or change it above to what you believe reflects this time lost in your factory.

2   Total Factory Downtime and Unproductive Time
    The enormity of the total actual time involved in all forms of Factory Downtime and Unproductive Time in your factory when you track it with computers
    which are accurate to the minute, will surprise you.
    Total Downtime and Unproductive time is likely to be some 20 to 30% in your factory currently.
    All forms of Downtime and Unaccounted time includes: all overhead factory jobs (cleaning, servicing, repairing, meetings, training, supervising etc),
    time over runs on jobs, rework, variations (until paid for), staff waiting for materials or machines,
    overhead and non chargeable work, staff spinning the job out due to limited work currently, staff waiting for work, staff standing around talking, toilet
     in work hours only, staff not working, staff stealing time,
    and unaccounted time.
    The aim of Empower is to reduce total Downtime by 10% of hours worked (i.e. 3.8 hours per staff member per week).
    Either accept 3.8 hours or change it above to what you believe reflects potential savings in your factory.

3   Working quicker on Manufacturing Jobs. Staff have an accurate time when they start each job and are told how they performed when they finish each job
    Staff are a lot more time conscious and management can view job times live and report staff performance daily
    Staff work smarter and quicker on Manufacturing Jobs because staff are:
                     1) patently aware of their budgeted time before they start each job and patently aware of their actual time when they finish
                     each manufacturing job. There is a "little man with a stop watch on their shoulder all day long" and
                     2) also patently aware that production management can see live, their times, progress and performance on each of their manufacturing jobs
    The aim of Empower is during Manufacturing hours to get 10% minimum additional “product” out your factory doors each week
    In a 38 hour week with Total Factory Downtime and Unproductive Time at 20% (7.6 hours per staff member per week) leaves 30.4
    Manufacturing hours per staff member per week.
    In working 30.4 Manufacturing hours, additional production of 10% is 3.04 hours of additional production each week
    Either accept 3.04 hours or change it above to what you believe reflects potential increase in your factory.
