Job Description Creative fee for the execution and usage of up to seven (7) surgeons photographed in the surgery center locations in scrubs but with costumes as super heroes in the background to be used in local publications (magazines and newspaper), direct mail and web site for one (1) year effective date of first use. Photographer retains promotional and copyright. No third party rights granted. Additional usage granted at time of need. Client to supply talent of surgeons. Usage License Subject to the terms and conditions below, the licensor ("Licensor") of the work ("Work") referenced in this document (number ) hereby grants to defined herein ("Licensee") an Exclusive license to use all the images of the Work in the State of .
