       Macros automate frequently used actions
        and repetitive tasks.

    Creating a Macro

       In the Record Macro dialog box, name the
        macro and assign any shortcut keys (keys that
        will quickly run the macro).
       Turn on the macro recorder.
       Perform the sequence of actions.
       Turn off the macro recorder.
       Run the macro.

        Macros are a method by which you can automate
         frequently used tasks.
        Excel records macros in a code called Visual
         Basic.
        You can run a macro by selecting it in the Macro
         dialog box or by pressing the assigned shortcut
         keys.
        You can create custom menus on the menu bar or
         with a toolbar.
