PROFILE Royal Yachting Brokerage from the Royal Yachting Group
RnB is an international yacht broker network, specialised in renting
and selling pre-owned boats all over France and abroad.
Take advantage of this new market – “YOUR BOAT & US”
There are over 450.000 boats in France. 15% of these boats are permanently for sale. Every year,
there are between 60.000 and 70.000 sales transactions. Three out of five boats sold are
pre-owned. Most of the time, the owners are professionally busy and/or geographically far from
their boat. Boat owners need to rely on a yachting broker expertise in order to avoid the usual sale
constraints.
RnB proposes, in exchange for a brokerage fee, to offer the boat owner, all the needed services that
have to be accomplished in the sale of a pre-owned boat. This includes RnB support in all these
different steps, from the selection to the purchase, all with the security.
Similarly to an estate agency, RnB will take care of:
> drawing up the complete inventory of the boat with a full photo report.
> giving a realistic price study based on the actual market
> the marketing publicity needed to convey the boats in different communication medias
> the inspection of the actual condition of the boat ( with the support of a maritime expert ) and to
determine a coherent price for the sale.
> The negotiation, the financing, the insurances, and finally; the transfer of ownership.
Everything is done in order to provide the buyer with serenity during the process of buying is new boat.

Becoming a RnB Broker gives you the possibility to be independent, to work in an dynamic business field,
from your home, with the minimum expenses and great return on investment (Commission between 70%
and 80% of the fees).
In our Brand licence contracts / partnership and on-going training makes the following available:
> a geographical area of approximatelly 1.000 boats.
> the brand RnB (Royal Yachting Broker).
> the right to use the brand image.
> the RnB Boat inventory ( Over 4.000 boats)
> a website (www.royalnautisme.com) listed on Google.
> a exclusive software to manage the marketing services.
> a processing software and an exclusive Intranet access.
> a worldwide inventory of over 3.000 boats for hire and a online reservation site via the Royal
Yachting Group.
> a thourough, on-going training program throughout the contract's duration.
> a permanent assistance from the company's sales and administrative teams.
> the possibility to meet other members of the RnB network.

Your Invesment:
YACHTING
Your investment is realised in two stages. After a first telephone contact, you can have a meeting in
the group's head quarters. The following day, you will have the opportunity to sign a pre-contract

allowing yourself to book a geographical area and to participate in a first training and immersion
course of approximately 30 hours. This first step is essential for you to understand all the aspects of
the profession, thus make a correct decision, allowing yourself to move on to the next step.
If you are then convinced and convincing, you will have the possibility to sign two contracts. The 7 years
«on-going training» contract and the partnership/License contract that gives you the brand user-right
and all the Royal Yachting Brokerage related services.
The global cost is 8500€ HT which includes:
> the reservation of your geographical area,
If you are interested
> the «training pack» (the initial pack and the 7 year one of continuoustraining) in this project,
> the «opening/starter pack» (tools and marketing support including uniforms, printed flyers, submit your application
catalogues, etc...)
> the «computing and exclusive software pack» ( data entry software, downloading terminals,
by completing the form
intranet, acces to the global pre-owned boat stock and to the main central reservation site. (excluding you will find
web hosting and maintenance costs.) on the website:

Fixed costs start at 1500€ per month including advertising, comunication, consumables, user-right of Then mail it to

> Brokerage : between 70% and 80% of the fees. The turnover generated from the brokerage +33 (0)4 94 07 96 63
service is based on a 8% to 10% commission on the boats actual value. For every sale you handle,
the Royal Yachting Group will remit to you between 70% and 80% of these brokerage fees
For example; You are at the origin of the sale of a 100.000€ boat. Brokerage fees are 9% of the
boat's actual value (after negotiation).The brokerage fees are 9000€ full VAT. 70% of this amount is
remitted to you, which represents 6300€ Full VAT.
> Rental: 30% of the agency fees
Rnb will give it's customers the possibility to rent a boat in France and abroad via our online catalogue. www.royalnautisme.com
For this purpose the RnB agency will be given the mandate to become the intermediate business link.
The finder's fee is 30% (ex VAT) of the commission preceived by the Group Headquarters. The Royal www.royalyachting.net
Yachting Group handles all booking formalities and payments.
