INSTRUCTIONS:
SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunites and Threats.
It is essentially a brainstorming tool used to work out where the benefits and dangers lie in almost any business or presonal, project or venture.
1. Use the Resource Worksheet to better understand SWOT analysis if you need to.
2. Place the reason of the analysis on the top of the SWOT page.
3. Brain storm each area until you run out of ideas.
4. Each area has 2 columns but you can add more rows to the spreadsheet if required.
5. Sometimes it can be useful to get input from other people.
6. Once the activity is completed, use your Strengths to take advantage of your Opportunites.
7. Be sure to also take time to reduce or eliminate your Weaknesses and Threats.
8. Training and Coaching are great ways to get assistance in areas you may need to work on.
