Bass guitar is absolutely one of the favourite instruments to learn. This may be because the bass

guitar helps lay down the beat, in much the same ways as drums but more melodically. It looks

just like an electric guitar but the main differences are that it has a longer neck and only 4 strings.

The strings are tuned to notes G, D, A and E. It has a solid body and frets in the same way as a
